网讯 据外媒报道，DC宇宙明星亨利·卡维尔将主演亚马逊/米高梅改编的真人版电影《战神金刚》。罗森·马歇尔·瑟伯（《红色通缉令》《摩天营救》）导演将根据他与艾伦·山曼共同撰写的剧本执导这部影片。亨超将于此前宣布的丹尼尔·奎因-托伊一起出演，角色和剧情尚未曝光。
《战神金刚》来自日本动画《百兽王》与《机甲舰队达莱卡XV》，发展出了一个独立的系列作品《战神金刚：宇宙的保护神》。故事主角是五个年轻的飞行员，驾驶黑、红、黄、绿、蓝五头机器狮，五狮合体后能成为巨大机器人“百兽王”，在法拉公主的带领下，英雄们展开了对邪恶迦尔拉王国的反击。
按照计划，《战神金刚》将于年内在澳大利亚开拍。
